Vera Angelita Girls School, Nicaragua

A multi-year undertaking designing and implementing long lived productive and educational food systems in the tropics.  We led a team of creative agronomists, designers, and visionaries in creating an oasis which will feed a girls school for many years to come. We focused on resilient high calorie crops, delicious rare fruits and thoughtfully planned animal systems along with botanical walks and hiking trail creation which highlight views and offer opportunities to explore and connect with the land.
